Terms of Service

Feni is an AI-powered knowledge engine that provides two core services: the Extractor (converting video recordings into structured SOPs) and the Visualizer (converting SOP text into HD video guides). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account via Clerk to use Feni. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use Feni.

Feni operates on a pre-paid credit system. 1 Credit = $1.00 USD. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you run a job:

• Extractor: $2.00 per minute of uploaded video footage, charged at actual duration.
• Visualizer: $2.00 per minute of rendered output video, estimated upfront based on word count with a 20% buffer. Any surplus is automatically refunded to your credit balance.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By purchasing credits you agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service at dodopayments.com. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.

When you submit a job, the estimated credit cost is held (reserved) from your balance immediately. If a job fails for any reason on our end, the full held amount is automatically returned to your credit balance. You will never be charged for a job that did not complete successfully.

You retain full ownership of all videos, text, and SOPs you upload or generate on Feni. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you. This license terminates when your content is deleted (see our zero-waste storage policy in our Privacy Policy).

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates any applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use Feni to process content you do not have rights to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI pipeline.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute Feni's outputs as a competing service without our written permission.

Feni is provided "as is". We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of credits in your account at the time of the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Feni after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
